Get the Ac Rapidfire. I have tried The Bosch-engine just didnt like them. I have used the Bosch with great success in my old Alfa Romeo and MG's. In My boat and other GM powered stuff-AC only.
I just put in the E3 plugs on my LT1 and it starts up faster and runs smoother then with the previous delco plugs. milleage improved slightly and haven't had it dynoed to see if they made a difference in HP.
Any plug that is the correct configuration, thread size, thread length (reach) seat type, and of a proper heat range will work equally well. Once it sparks, it has done it's job. Don't look for miracles in a $2.00 to $10.00 part. The advantage of the exotic metal plugs, is plug life. If you are paying for the R&R, expensive plugs may be cost effective. Personally, I cannot leave any plug in my engine long enough, even if it is just to pull them out to take a look, to justify the expense of the exotic metal plugs.

I agree with CFI-EFI , I have tried different brands and guess which ones I have found to do the best job?? The same ones that came in the car from the factory, good old AC Delco standard plugs...Who would have known?..WW
