New 1/4 mile times inside.
After working out some small issues with the car I made a return to the track last night and put down the best numbers this car has seen to date.
Weather
Density Altitude:2450
Track Elevation:1082 feet above sea level
Air Temperature:73.9 degrees F
Barometric Pressure:29.85 inches Hg
Relative Humidty:21 %
Time:
R/T: .248
60': 1.926
330: 5.624
1/8: 8.719
MPH: 79.33
1000: 11.415
1/4: 13.707
MPH: 99.25 mph
Thats the lowest (although it could still get better) 60 foot time I have cut on street tires. I'm pretty much done messing with trying to hook up on Goodyear Eagle F1s at the track and I'm going to swap them out with Nitto 555 DR's before I return.
The car was running lean as hell also which was probably not helping matters (although im not complaining because this was still the lowest et I have ran in this car). On the way home watching my scanner the BLMs were ranging from 135/145. Probably need to get under the hood and tweak that damn adjustable fuel pressure regulator that is pinched almost all the way down.
Anyway that corrects out to a 13.312 @ 102.267 MPH run , with a car that still is not running to its full potential.
I have my Moates ALDL cable on the way, soon as it gets here the laptop / Datamaster is getting tossed in the car and I will be able to start shaking this stuff down much better.
