Car keeps cutting out need some help!
1995 corvette auto with 90, 000 miles. I have replaced water pump, opti, iCM, PCS, Ignition Coil, wires, plugs, and my car keeps cutting out completely when I drive it. Last night it happened again and popped code 16 which is distributor Low Pulse. Can anyone help me with some advice? I'm really at a loss.

Idle to dead stop
I have a 93 automatic that went from idle while sitting in the driveway to a dead stop. There was no missing or rough idle, it shut off like a light switch. The engine turns over but will not fire.
Is this similar to what you experienced with the opti?

I had the EXACT same problem on my 94. Turns out that the whole problem was a $41 (4 wire) wiring harness that goes from up by the passenger side fuel rail to the opti. I replaced that and it runs good as new. I now have an extra opti, PCM, ICM, coil, etc, that were never bad in the first place...........good luck.
