Default program cooling fans

I've noticed on some forums where people are writing about programing their cooling fans to turn on and off at a lower temperature like 195 on and 185 off. How can I do that on my 96 LT4. Eckler's has a kit but it only goes up to 95 models.
Thanks , Tom

Easiest way on your 96 is to send your PCM for tuning, try one of the links below.

You may even pick up a few horsepower by having the spark advance set for 93 octane and they should be able to firm up the shifts if you have an A4.

It's an M6 that's the only tranny w/ LT4 in 96.
Thanks for the info
