Default Cold Start Valve

I have a cold start valve for this 1991 with the L98. I am guessing the fuel rail was replaced in this motor because it doesn't have a place on the back of the fuel rail to screw in the cold start valve. Does anybody know of a plate or something else to block off this hole where the cold start valve goes to just eliminate it all together? Or would it be better for me to get the right fuel rail for the cold start valve?? I have no problems starting the car in the mornings when it's cold so I guess I really don't need it. Any help would be appreciated.

your 91 should not have a cold start valve. i think 87 was the last year on the L98. as far as block off plate, try this -

hope this helps...

no csv 89 and newer, ecm richens mixture fed thru the 8 'regular' injectors...if you have a mounting hole for the 'ninth' injector, you have a 85-88 runner...giggle 'jags-that-run' for block plate.

Yes that's perfect thank you very much for your help. I don't know what happened with this motor to have the hole for it on there. Thanks again.
