1993 LT1. How many vacuum lines run to the ASR valve? I have the line that runs from the intake to the engine side of the ASR valve.
I also have a 1/8" nipple on the back side of the valve (facing wheel well). I for the life of me can't remember taking a line off of there and I can't find a line hanging loose. Not sure if it is used or not. Any info is appreciated.

Not talking about Cruise control servo ?
has vac from intake and vac line to release switch on brake pedal
Sounds like you are referring to the air bypass valve which is part of the secondary air injection system, it is located directly below the ASR servo.
There is only one vacuum line which runs from the valve to a tee near the intake manifold vacuum source. The nipple on the outside near the wheel well is open, there should be no hose attached.

You all are right. Guess I laid on the floor way too many hours. It is in fact the AIR valve not the ASR.
Toptech, thank you so much for that answer. I was pulling my hair out trying to remember if I pulled a hose off that nipple.
I removed my exhaust manifolds to be Sterling coated and it has been a month since the tear down. Memory on putting things back was not as it used to be.
