fish, depends on whether or not you want to lower the rear a bit. If you do, install all the shims and insulators below the spring. If you want stock ride height, put them above the spring. In any case, you need all of them to make up the overall distance between the two U shaped brackets that hold the spring on. If you don't already have the long bolts to lower (level) the rear to match the front, then you might have just enough to shims and spacers to do that by placing them under the spring.
