I'm sure the church really appreciated the little morons marking up their parking lot.

Summation: $15K motor in a $3K car

yes, the guy driving it is definitely a dufus.

I'd also never run the 'stack' that high on a street driven car.

That car looked slow....

Around where I live, if you have that much sticking through the hood, you better have some power to back it up. That thing would be ridiculed back home....

Indeed. I love the sound of a 3" wide gilmer belt, but that thing looked REAL shy on power.

Twin dominators on a 6-71 + sbc = clown shoes.

it is very slow for the looks, but I think he says in the comments he is only running 5 psi and he is going to build it. I assume it is a blower thrown on a stock vette.

these blowers don't make "that" much power.... I also agree that it's likely on a stock or near stock bottom end.

I believe the owner picked a c4 deliberately for this project. Only because the corvette's profile... exaggerating the height of the blower combination.

before I saw this video I thought it would be cool to have a ridiculously exaggerated blower combination sticking out of the hood... now, I have a much greater appreciation for a low-provide "stalker" look.

Hi I wouldn't do that to a vette but I have a 95 caprice cop car with a lt1 I'm thinking of adding a roots blower too. I looked into it. It would be a pretty cheap way to make power if you already had the blower. About all you have to do on lt1 is redrill a different intake bolt pattern or two different intake bolt patterns on the heads. The bolt patterns are not that different and most of the ports, pulleys and other stuff fit just fine. The only problems are with the injection setup [figure a accel unit could handle that] and the transmission being electronic[many ways around that] and having to rewire everything and hood clearence. Give the guy a little credit, I know what car I'd be looking at if it were in a car show!

15 second cars will smoke the tires if you go fast enough going in circles. Guys with real high hp cars would know better. Full throttle going straight is a hand full.
