700R4 trans problem
what problem can it be if the trany is not shifting from 2-3 ? I replaced the oil and filter, but still nothing, it goes up to 6000rpm and not shifting

You may as well also ask: Who exactly can I make the world a better, safer, more loving place?
I don't mean any disrespect by saying that, but you cant get a simple answer. Nor will any 2 trans builders agree on the best way to do it.
Feel free to search the subject on this forum. That are literally days of reading material, and then you can make your best decision, based on the chatter.
Or, write a check to someone you trust, and take your chances.
