Can you probe both wires and see if you get continuity or whether it is cut and grounded out somewhere? My harness had a cut and occasionally shorted out.

yes there is power both sides but no groung to the right side new everything lol ecm, power chip, distributor, injectors, complete tune up, new cam lifters timing chain and gears lol but no when I try to start it . it will not fire the injectors on the right side no ground from the pin on the ecm and the wire to the injectors from the ecm is good nothing broken

ECM grounds injectors strings. No ground at ECM pin either connector or ECM. Also verify 12v and ground to ECM. Connector terminal wire can break (copper part) and only the crimp on the insulation attaches terminal to wire.
