Camber Brace is installed

There were a few problems that I did run into though. Installation was not as easy as I would have hoped. On the 91 the air conditioning condenser was in the way and I actually had to take and pick it up to clear the brace, and now sits right against it. Also the power steering resivor had to be lowered down to clear the brace. And finally the belt on the passanger side has almost no clearance. I believe that the set up on earlier L98 models would make it considerably easier to install.
I couldn't take any pics because the batteries in the camera were dead, but I will try to put some up tommorow. Would I recommend this product? Definately
well guys here are the pics I promised :D

In this pic you can see the tight clearance between the A/C Collector and Camber Brace

This one you can see how little clearance there is between the belt on the passanger side and the Camber Brace

Again the tight fit on the A/C collector

This one you can see where I had to removed the bolt to get the power steering resivour to clear

Good thing the car rarely needs PS fluid added the cap is touching the Camber Brace

I remeber reading on another thread that if you take your steering wheel and turn it back and forth quickly you get very little movement in the car (which I did notice too) and then after the camber brace the responce is instant, well I had to go out and try it just a little bit ago, and it is every bit as true as others have said. :jester

Thats the AC accumulator... the condensor is mounted in front of the engine radiator.

Here's an example - I called Dave to order mounting brackets for 5-point harnesses. While I was talking to him, I tried to buy the harnesses from him too. He told me - "go to Jegs and I would save $20 a side." DAVE IS ONE HONEST MAN AND TRULY EARNS YOUR BUSINESS - and my loyalty. :flag

Ditto's On Dave and RD racing, Great guy, great products
Gonzo
Ps I would get the camber brace first if I HAD to choose between the two. But get both you'll be glad you did.

Will it make an improvment on a Z51 car?
It should make an improvement on any car. The stiffer chassis should make the car more responsive, and usually reduces rattles. I installed a strut tower brace, just about the same thing, on my Z28 the car had a quicker turn in and a dash rattle went away. The camber brace will be one of my next mods. :yesnod: http://www.guldstrand.com has sold the same device for C3s for many years and called them spreader bars.
Gonzo, I'll have ride in your car sometime.

I've been really impressed, I'm not gonna have any problems doing business with this company.
