High idle

High idle
It just started a few days ago, first the idle would go up to 7-800 every once in a while and then yesterday on the way home it went to 1200 and now it idles around 1400 in gear and 17-1800 in park all the time. 
Also, the idle does not come down anymore and since it would idle normally, I am thinking it is not a leak, but something mechanical.
The TPS and IAC are relatively new, I am going to check the voltage on the TPS and hope mine just went bad.
