You would have to find a donor 6sp car and it would take a lot of work.
You would need the pedals, 6sp memcal, make the brackets to hold the pedals, different drive shaft or mod yours and rebalance and shifter cover.
Better off buying a 6sp and dropping the LT4 in it.
Forgot, you have to change the ASR cable.
Do a search, I have seen similar threads many times.
It is not a difficult job, it all depends on your mechanical ability.
If you are able to change a transmission, you should be able to do it.
If you can find a donor parts car, that would be the easiest. Just swap the parts out.
For the pedals, just unbolt your auto pedal and rebolt the standard pedals back in.
If you keep your dana 36, you use the dana 36 c beam, and dana 36 drive shaft, just change to a standard trans yoke.
If you go with a dana 44, use the dana44 c beam and dana 44 drive shaft.
The hardest part is to drill three small holes for your clutch hydraulic master cylinder, and a hole to allow your shifter to come thru.
Send me your email address thru the PM, and I'll send you the parts listing.

I was under the impression that manual and auto pedals are setup differently.
And the driveshaft lengths are definitely different lengths, is there enough wiggle room for a auto shaft into a manual?

Different pedals set ups, but they are both bolt ons.
The driveshaft and c bean differs, depending on the rear end, not the trans.
A Dana 44 has a longer pinion snout, so has a shorter driveshaft and c beam.
Dana 36, shorter pinion snout, so longer drive shaft, longer c beam.
As I stated, the memcal needs to be replaced or a custom chip.
Memcal's run about 200 and custom chips I do not know how much.
Looked in my car, the bracket for my pedals would not accomadate manual peddles, there is only a small bracket for the brake pedal.
You would probably have to get the 6sp brackets w/pedals.
The ASR cable would have to be changed, as there is different part nbrs list for 6sp and a4's.
I have a 1995 c4 with a LT-4 motor with a auto trans how much trouble would it to put a 5/6 speed in it, the car came with Lt-1 motor and auto trans
Not to get off topic here, but your post took me by surprise; not sure you have an LT4 if you have an AUTO EQUIPPED 95 CAR............was there a swap of the engine at some point?....LT4 Vettes are 1996 models equipped with the MN6 (from my knowledge standpoint anyway)..

I'm currently in the process of my swap and 95 percent complete. It's a lot of work, but I enjoyed doing it most of the time. You definitely have to decide what your budget will be because depending on the route you go will determine the cost. I already had a lot of money invested in my car or I would have bought a manual car and swapped out my parts to the donor car or just purchased the manual car I wanted. I went with new parts except when possible and I paid less for the car than I did for my swap. Now, I also did a D36 to D44 swap at the same time. I also had a lot of project growth to include renewing the interior and painting the whole bottom of the car. So, if you don't have the space, tools, money and time just sell your car and buy the one you want. Now, if you have the money and want a challenge or always wanted to build a car like me then go for it. If you need any advice on parts I'd be glad to help, just PM me. Good luck on what ever you decide.
