ok i have a 94 corvette and i am installing a autometer sport comp tach in it everything was fine until i had to connect the tach wire i got the ground the power and light going good but am lost on that tach wire it wont read the rpms off of the coil like most cars everyone keeps telling me it has to connect to the tach output on the pcm if anyone can let me kno anything or wat pin it would be or a diagram anything lol

That wire already goes to the stock tacho in the dash cluster so you only need someone to identify it for you under the dash at the firewall connector or on the cluster connector so you can tap into it
I believe you can use PIN A13 (Red terminal block......I think).
The PCM is EXACTLY the same part number on the 94's and 95's so you can verify from a '95 wiring diagram.
We used this PIN to send a tach signal to the dash tach and ABS/ASR computer control unit. Worked fine for us (instead of from the tach filter) when we went to the LTCC system for coil on plug (from LS1) ignition system.
