CAGS Disable Question.....
Guys,
Looks like I'll be picking up a '94 6spd later this week. It still has the skip shift on it. I know you can buy the plugs to disable it,...but I was looking for something I don't have to wait on. I found this link on how to disable the one in the F-bodies with a little resistor from RadioShack. Is it the same as on the Vettes? Or does anyone have any info on how to do it yourself on the Vette?

Pretty sure on a 94 all you have to do is unplug it. (well, maybe tape the ends to protect the connectors)

On my 91 all I did was disconnect it and tape the ends, have not got any codes or problems, CAGS is a PITA it really make driving in traffic a chore
