Well I have been working on the intake and heads that I'll be installing this winter. While I'm at kind of a hold point on the porting, I decided to start the tear down today:
The quiet morning garage:
Before shot, still assembled:
My nephew helping me take the air cleaner off:
Got the wiring harness and the AIR pump out of the way:
Overall shot of the work area:
That's it for today, back at it tomorrow, I'm all out of ambition for today
Well I've picked up an extra crossfire manifold and some '113 heads and have been porting them. I'm also planning a roller cam retrofit, haven't got the cam picked out yet. Then I'll be putting some long tube headers and some straight pipes(mufflers? IDK). Also just gonna give the engine bay an overall cleanup, its pretty dirty in there! I'll definitely keep posting pics on the progress
