RichS says I need different ones, so the ones that came on the automatic car is the corecct ones correct? and do not reuse the manual ones correct?

bellhousing no.. flywheel bolts are different then flexplate bolts

Use the ones from the auto. If I remember right the stick bellhousing bolts are shorter.

Can I use old flexplate bolts of should I go new? thanks

unless your car came with different bolts then mine with a zf6 then they should be plenty long enough for the bellhousing to the engine. now the flywheel to crank bolts for a dual mass are longer then the autos flexplate bolts in which you would need to get new bolts
