Any idea how much HP gain I would get from installing 1.6RR in my LT-1?
I've seen adds claiming a gain of about 20. Is this about right?

Do a forum search...many guys have gained BIG with this and a few, as they put it, "carefully engineered mods"

With my car I am guessing I picked up 12+ HP & just by installing the 1.6 RR my ET went from 12.48 to 12.28

Check out the thread "Just Goes to show what a few WELL Planned Mods will Do.. Its probably on pg 2 or 3 by now..

Check springs carefully if reusing stock. I don't think it will work if the engine has several K miles on it. And since you have to remove the springs you might as well.................................. :smash: But the general consensus is a gain of about 10-20 depending.
