i've got fuel pressure on rail, i've givin motor complete tune up, no change. i've also checked back pressure on exhaust, still acts like running out of gas under load and gets worst as motor gets hotter. what should i check next??
What exactly do you mean by "under load"? do you mean it kind of stutters off the line?
I had a problem where the car would stutter, wouldnt have much power when I was trying to accelerate too fast.
I changed the injectors to BoschIII injectors and it did wonders for me. If you've still got the stock injectors Id suggest paying a visit to fuelinjectorconnection.com

I just had the same problem took me 2 weeks to sort it out, Even though I had pressure at the rail I had a bad fuel pump, replaced the pump, sock and filter and all is well......
The car would be fine under easy acceleration but anything beyond that it felt like it was starving for gas and I had to back off the pedal.

Unless you rig up a fuel pressure gauge that you can read while driving the vehicle, you don't really know what the fuel pressure is under a "Load" and this is were the highest fuel flow rate is, with this said I would start out by at-least changing the fuel filter for starters.

you'll need a fuel pressure gauge w/hose long enough to tape it to the windshield while you drive--sometimes a weak pump can be hard to detect without doing this
Check fuel pressure underload...I tape my gauge to the windshield and go for a spirited drive..
If fuelpressure is good....I'd check the Cats...a clogged converter can IDLE well and rev in park but run like butt under load .
I'm basing my comment on your opinion that it feels like it's running out of fuel/gas---driving while watching fuel pressure is a way to determine if fuel filter is ok/new pump is ok/hose at fuel pump is ok and that the fuel lines aren't damaged/restricted in some way JMO
