Original was probley 2.59 or the optional 3,07 if you have an auto.
3.42 I believe if you have a 6 speed.Mine is an ato so I 'm not to sure about the 6 speed codes.
Auto's came with a D36 axel and the 6 speeds came with the stronger D44.
We need to know more about your car,Auto 6 speed.
In the hatch behind the passengers seat will tell you everything.Do you have the codes G92,I think that was the optional axel code and G44 I think was for my 3.07's.I dont remember the code for the 6 speed optiona, axel.

Assuming it has not been changed then if it is an auto it is a DANA 36 with either:
GM1=2.59
G44=3.07

If it is a stick it is a DANA 44 and most likely a GM3=3.45

I do not think there were any other RPO's in 94 for non ZR1's.

Well....why guess.....just do the math.

1) raise rear of car, both rear wheels in the air
2) Make a visible mark (sharpie) on the driveshaft
3) Stay under the car, keeping an eye on that mark, and get a buddy to slowy turn a wheel on full rotation (no more, no less)
4) Count the revelations the driveshaft makes during this time period
5) Now you know the rear ratio! If driveshaft makes about 3 1/2 rotations, that would be 3.42 (dana 36) or 3.45 (dana 44), and so on!

I am pretty confident that it's 3.73 simply because I verified all the other mods and they were exactly what was listed. Thanks for the info, I will be going out to verify it so I know for sure.
Still wondering how 3.73 effects the performance?

3.73s will get you out of the hole much quicker provided you get traction.

3.73 will also be right around 2400rpm at 70 mph.
