Shift Points?
What is the optimum shift point to get the maximum acceleration for my stock 6 spd LT-1? Should I be shifting at red line? or somewhere else? Is the optimum shift point the same for each gear or different for 1-2 vs 2-3 or 3-4? If I shift too early I'll drop too low on the power band, if too late I've gone past the peak and will decrease my rate of acceleration. Any ideas from you experienced guys?

I would think 6000 is a good starting point.

I would think 6000 is a good starting point.
If you crank the volume up, you might be able to hear the engine.
