Default X-Pipe or HiFlo Cats?

I'm adding long tube headers to a stock 94 exhaust system. I want to keep the stock rear muffs.

Should I be looking at an XPipe or HiFlo Cats ....help?

Please give me suggestions for connecting the headers to the rest of the system. I want quiet (to semi-quiet) performance (450hp range).

All suggestions are encouraged! Thanks

I am certain you will get the biggest bang from the high flow cats and this increase in decibals will be minimal over OEM cats..

Best is to do both...you will shed 20 pounds or so by removing the resonator and going to x-pipe

EM headers, x pipe, no resonator into Corsa mufflers. Cam is 215/224 on 110 lsa. Its loud and Ive heard simlar vettes with same exhaust note and the common denomentor we had was not having cats! http://videos.streetfire.net/video/9...ette_99186.htm
