Default rear outer tie rod

Is the rear outer tie rod replaceable like the front ones or do you have to buy the whole assembly, inner and outer and the center attachment at the differential. Thanks

Thanks. In the book 101 vette projects, richard newton says that you have to replace the whole thing. Inner, outer and the center connector. When I tried to unscrew the outer tie rod end the whole rod spun. It must be frozen. Hopefully it will come off after soaking overnight.
