sorry, 96 vette. I actually replaced all the fuses, Got this car a few years back from a guy who let it go so bad, it was a real restore job. noticed some rust on the arms and thinking the motor gone bad.

you need to isolate the problem. It could be the switch, corroded connection on switch or motor leads, bad motor (open or shorted) or maybe just jammed gears. Was the wiper working and stopped working in use or was it just suddenly inop one rainy day?
