wiper

having trouble with the wipers, i think the motor is frozen up but the arms wont move =, i think its cause the motor is bad, any help?

Year vette always helps ... from the sound of it if the motor was frozen wouldn't that blow a fuse? Did you check your fuses?

sorry, 96 vette. I actually replaced all the fuses, Got this car a few years back from a guy who let it go so bad, it was a real restore job. noticed some rust on the arms and thinking the motor gone bad.
