If the PKE was working and stopped all at once you may have inadvertently turned it off--stand next to the drivers door and hold the pass. door button on remote depressed-- on mine it takes approx 3-5 seconds open and close driver door and walk away IF that was the problem doors should lock and horn chirp (the procedure is in the owners manual)
Alarm/tire pressure warning system aren't connected---if you have a tire pres. sys. light ---I'd GUESS you may have a bad sensor from reading here on the forum they seem to give problems. I've always been glad mine wasn't equipped w/TP warning.
Need more info on LTPWS. Did you just buy the car? If so possibly the previous owner took off the wheel sensors or broke one changing tires.
I changed out my stock sawblades for GS rims years ago. I left the sensors on the sawblades and my LTPWS light has been on for over 10 years. Damn light just won't burn out.
Did you just get the car? The remote button never locks the car, only walking away. If you are not sure how it should work check your owners manaul, if it used to work correctly but stopped, I agree with the above poster, you probably turned it off accidentaly.
