I know some of you on the forum have Z06 wheels on your vettes and they look great! I am trying to decide if I should go with the 18 x 9.5 in the rear or the 18 x 10.5. Does anyone know if the 10.5s will stick out of the quarters much? Whats a good tire size for these size wheel? I was thinking of going with 335's with the 10.5 wheel and using the 17 x 8.5s in the front. Any suggestions would be great, I need to order them tomorrow or the next day. :yesnod:
Go with the 10.5's in the rear. They fit perfectly and don't stick out past the fender wells. But, the 335's are going to be too big for a 10.5" wheel. I would go with a 295 tire width. That of course is the tire size that originally came on those wheels. You'll get more responsive handling with the 295's, and they won't have a "rounded" look to them.
Tires for Z06 fitments are EXPENSIVE. Check out the S02's from Bridgestone. They're a great tire, especially for the money.
