Unless you have a power adder or changed to a different style of cylinder heads - the stock spark plug in the brand of your choice is what you should use.
Adding the exhaust from an LT1/4 will not affect your spark plug heat range.

I just meant the brand. I have it off, for the headers and I have duals. I will probably stay with stock brand, I have never run anything else in vettes before, but I would try some thing new if others had good experiences.
I'd just stick to a stock type plug. I don't think I'd trust Bosch anyways after all the bad things I've heard of their plugs in a GM engine. Plus that Bosch +4 they make is complete BS.

very right!! I had the bosh +4 on my camaro and the thing was running rough i had to replace them with stock acdelco plugs. Since then i only use stock plugs!
I've ran NGK's in my autox car for 5 years, pulled a couple out to inspect recently and still look great. Run A/C Delco stock plugs in my stock car and seem to be fine. For plug wires, I run A/C Delco 8mm wires on both cars, no issues.
I have that magazine. Some surprising numbers, there.
I'd say get the AC/Delco Rapid Fire plugs. I just don't think spending $17.60 extra for 0.6 HP is worth it ($2.20 x 8 = $17.60) versus the AC/Delco Professional.
For what it's worth, I put NGK TR55IX Iridium plugs in mine about 5 years ago. They still look new. Even the gap stayed the same. Now I must be honest, I only put about 20K on them even with 2 years of auto crossing.
Kimmer, after you pull up the link if you look towards the top you will see a menu tool bar - look for where it has % and note that there is a "+" and a "-". Select the "+" until you get to 100% or whatever makes it readable for you.
I wouldn't get the regular AC Delco plugs. I had some installed, and a month later. I noticed all the plugs bases had rusted. The OEM's were made of metal that wouldn't rust, just like the current Rapid Fire plugs. I'm guessing those regular AC Delco plugs are made by Autolite, as they both have that dark metal that will rust.
I replaced them with the copper NGK plugs which won't rust.
Mystery plug resembles the plugs that come in a rx7 rotary engine, only difference is the rx7s has a crosshatch in it. alright i found them they're also made by a company Torque master, "problem claim is that the large center electrode has broken in a few engines ruining the cylinder and piston" i think a spark is a spak fuel/compression is the main worry when it comes to powerband.
