If you're still in need of this answer, posty a reply and I'll go dig it out of my owners manual. I tried to recall it and wasn't sure if my memory was corrcet. It was to inseret the ignition key (in off positioon) adn hold dowmn the door icon untril both door switches cycled. As i recal, that does it.
