Remove radiator cap , start engine , let it warm up until thermostat opens ( can see coolant moving in radiator).
Raise and hold revs @ 2000rpm , coolant level in radiator will be seen to drop ,
add coolant until full, put cap back on while holding the revs
Make sure overflow bottle is at correct level so air can not be sucked back in when engine cools off
