Yes, if it has a double sided belt, then that is what you need.
Close, LT1's were changed during 93 and there seems to be no rhyme or reason when the changes took place, mine is a early to mid year and I have onesided, met a guy w/late and he had 2 sided.
The belt is available from forum vendors such as GM Parts House, or GM Parts Direct under part number 10186198 or from on line retailers such as Rock Auto = AC Delco number 6DK675 or Gates DK060674
TSB is an acronym for Technical Service Bulletin
Add to that Goodyear 4060667 ( in stock at RockAuto, outlying warehouse, extra time req'd for delivery).
I did the TSB change over on mine due to the belt fraying ( could have been the belt itself), and the local AC Delco said no stock that they could see, same at a couple other places, but that was 3 years ago.

im qurious did your belt fray at the front facing the headlights? my first groove is missing.
Yep, 92-93E.
I got fed up with trying to get the 2 sided belt for my 92, a real PIA to find.
There was also a TSB (93-273-6A) on Noise/Fraying Accessory Belt Drive.
The TSB basically says to convert to the 93L & up drive.
P/Ns to make the change:
10105355 Idler Pully
10227069 P/S Pully
10227507 Tensioner
10230259 Belt
Cost me $150 about 3 years ago.
That is what I would do if I had a 92-93 with a double side belt. Change over to a single sided belt. They are alot easier to get, and one has to wonder how much longer you will be able to find a double sided belts since it always seems there is something getting discontinued every day on the C4.
I keep a spare belt behind the seats just in case. But it sure would suck if you were out of town with no double sided spare belt, and it broke. Good luck finding one in stock.

Yea, and at the time it just made sense to me to make the change.
But, if you just get a new double sided, it will probably run a lng time, your choice.
BTW, Add $24 to the change over cost for the Power Steering Pully Puller/installer ( a must have tool for LT1 owners anyway).
Ditto on carrying a spare belt but I do that on all my vehicles.
