Default A/C clutch codes
have a code 28 & 69 they deal with the ac which i dont use anyway, can i somehow connect the 2 fans together so both go on when cooling needed.

Sure - you can splice the ground side of the relays together - but why? If you have cooling problems, running the fans doesn't fix it.
