Converter lockup switch?
Finished with carb swap,I installed a switch between A & F ,but still no lockup?It did lockup before conversion to carb,any ideas?Very happy with carb/cam/heads swap,lost a little below 2500 but after that wow!!I think a 2800-3000 converter would really wake it up. Thanks

When I carbed my 84 I installed a lockup switch on the console for my 700R4. (Actually I used the old overdrive switch for the 4+3). I just used it like an extra gear at cruise. I also lock the thing up in 2nd gear on the strip. Good for .15.
