While replacing my U-Joints should i do anything else? Since i will have some of that stuff disassembled

se if you have some oil leaks from the output shaft of the tranny. feel if the c-beam bolts are tight enough. gut your cat ;)

Yup, i agree with scorp.. do as much cleaning as you can when you tear something apart. You'll be glad when it comes time to find the next problem .. or simply when you show your car :).
