Ok so im getting a horrible squeaking noise from under the hood. I just got a used air pump elim. and i think it might be the pully on that because it was making a slight grind noise when i would turn it by hand. Where could i find a replacement and what else should i look at? Any help would be nice as its starting to get embarassing!
If that is the only change you made and the belts are lined up correctly, your pulley bearing is shot. Go to Autozone and have them match up a pulley that will work. That is what I did when I changed the configuration of my eliminator to work with an idler pulley instead of a regular pulley so I could run an electric water pump.

Ok so auto zone has a selection of pullys? I did not know that...do you think they will have the one i need?
For some reason even experienced mechanics sometimes don't have stethoscope. I bought extra one from Harbor Freight for $3.
It takes about 1 min to diagnose tentioners, bad alternator and compressor bearings, steering pumps etc.
