Thanks in advance for your help. Here is the story. I bought a 1993 Coupe, it has 33K miles, automatic, the owner had let it sit for 5 years in his garage without starting it. At some point the security horns went off, he tried to shut it off with the fob but it did nothing so he disconnected the horns. When he decided to sell it he put in a gallon of gas and tried to start it, turned over but did not start. I'm picking up the car tomorrow and would appreciate any thoughts on how and what I should check realtive to the security issue before checking obvious things, spark, fuel pressure, etc:
Thanks, I was thinking that since he dumped in some gas that I might have a fuel issue. I wish he had left it empty. Did you remove the fuel tank? How did you flush out the lines?
