Default rear hatch light switch

My cargoo lights have started staying on, traced it to the hatch switch.
If I press down hard enough, the lights will go out for about 5-10 seconds and then come on.

Anybody have this problem?

Did you replace the switch or is there a way to clean it?

Thanks

I shimmed the plunger with a couple green felt stick-em on bumpers from an office store.
It's a shame the switch is not adjustable. My ZR-1 was a problem from almost day one.

Thanks, guessing I pushed mine lower when I used my hatch vent, because when I put the vent back in, the light went out. Will try your fix.

I used my vent latch kit and my switch seems to have moved forward; i had to disconnect the switch to get the lights to go out- pretty wierd; anyone experience this?
