Default intake manifold

i drive a 92 corvette and was thinking of puting and lt4 intake manifold onto my vette. what is the best manifold i can put on my car for peak performance.

The answer to your question is the LT1 manifold that is on your car..

LT4 intakes will not help you unless you use LT4 heads...

The LT1 manifold is pretty good and is not a restriction until you have some serious mods....

Just port your intake. the intakes are about the same, it is the other parts that separate the lt1 from the lt4.

Port dimensions and placement are exactly the same on the LT1 and LT4 intakes. Only difference is the LT4 has more material on the port roof for porting.

thank you for the knowledge. i also had a question about upgraded to my 1992 vette to c5 brakes. would that be better? if not what would be the best idea?
