unplug the fan,
ground your test light or volt meter near the fan plug
turn ac on
turn key on but dont start the car
at this point your other fan should be running
probe the plug with test light or volt meter looking for 12+
if you got power at the plug then you need a new fan motor
if no power at the plug it could be a relay

It is most likely the relay, they are on the drivers side of the radiator housing. Pull codes to make sure, DTC H28 should be the code you get.
There are 2, the one closest to the front is the primary and that is the fan that is not working.
Take the relay off, go to the parts store and show them. There are 2 different types of fan relays for the 93, one rectangle shaped and the other is oval, that is why you need to take it to the store.
Very simple to replace, take off harness, unbolt 10mm bolt and slide off of the bracket.
I would replace both at once, they are only $11 at Advance.
If the relay does not fix the problem, you either have a fan motor gone bad or wiring issue.
