Default Shorty headers in California

Does anyone know if the 2161 Supercomp shorty headers are legal for an LT4 in California. They have a CARB # EO D-164-4. I have a copy of the order and it lists a camaro on the Executive Order but not the LT4 engine and not the Corvette. Anyone have more info.

Call Hookeer direct or go to their web page. JBA also makes a smog legal shorty header. Looks really nice. Great Cal emissions. Good luck :seeya :seeya

Web page shows EO number but EO number does not cover Corvette. Guess I will call Hooker

Local Vette shop here says there are no approved headers (long or short :mad ) for LT Corvettes in CA. However, you can usually get by the visual inspection as long as there aren't any disconnected tubes sticking out.

Good Luck,

SLP has 50-state legal shorties. Seen SLPs and Hooker shorties on a few CA cars, I don't think it would be a problem at all.
