Source for C4 to C5 caliper bracket adapter.

I bent the left front C4 to C5 caliper bracket adapter ('93 Coupe) that I purchased years ago from someone on the forum that manufactured them. I know he stopped making them when he moved. Anyone still have a source? I'm trying to find a shop that can either straighten the one I have or manufacture one. Any help would be appreciated. Need it before a Chin event at Mid-Ohio for Memorial day.

I'm not sure how the whole advertising deal works so I'll PM you his info.
