wipers,lights
when i pull the thing on the sterring column to put my lights on bright it comes all the way up to the steering wheel,and my wipers do not work, i can see the thing in my steering column coming up when i put the arm up, it moves with the arm, it is a 91 vette. i will be very happy if i can get any information on this, thanks in advance
