Default Is this Normal?

When I am driving, and then come to a stop. My car is idling at about 1200 RPMs. It goes back down to 800 RPMs in about 10 to 15 seconds. Is this normal? It just seems a long time to drop.

Doesn't seem normal to me. Maybe the IAC motor is slow to react.

:yesnod: I'm reading the Helm and it sounds like the IAC is staying open too long.

I cleaned the IAC's about 300 miles ago and reset them (1 1/8 inch). I can see the pinicles inside the housing and they seem too be moving, as they should. They are getting pulse voltage at A+B and C+D My TPS is set correctly, map sensor working. I did find out that my EGR solenoid is not working. (Not opening up on acceleration to allow vacuum to egr valve) But I doubt this is the cause of my problem, as the egr would be closed anyway at idle. I hate to spend 70 bucks apiece for new IAC’s and find out they are good
