Default which cam?

hi guys .
if any one of you have a corvette lt1 with auto transmition and 3.07 rear end,and the motor 100% stock.
if you wanna to add acam shaft on it ,which cam would you choose or prefer, with 1.6 roll rockers?
here's some of choices:
ZZ9 CAM
304 COMPCAM WITH 210-218 DURATION AND 500/510 LIFT
305 COMPCAM WITH 220-230 DURATION AND 510/510 LIFT
OR HOT CAM
OR 306 COMPCAM WITH 230-244 DURATION AND 510/540 LIFT
OR 503 COMPCAM WITH 224-230 DURATION AND 503/510 LIFT

HOW MUCH HORSE POWER DO EXPECT FROM EACH CAM?

THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Hot cam or hot cam kit. The complete kit is a good buy. Check Summit or a GMPP outlet.

Although I'm not sure what your performance goals are for the car. I like the CC 503 camshaft, just not sure how it will work with an A4 car with a stock converter.

Are you going to leave it all stock (engine gearing converter) or add to it later?

If you're going to add things like headers and stall converter the hotcam would probably be your best choice.

If you are planning on adding those later my choice would be the 503 for a nice street friendly car.

The LT4 hot cam kit is nice because it comes with almost everything you need. I also replaced the lifters and the timing chain at the same time. Wtih the right tuner you can have a very very street friendly car. I drive my A4 3.07 in stop and go commuter traffic every day and the car has never stalled or surged once.

However I live only 4 hours from one of the the best vette tuners on the west coast and that does make a difference.

Lingenfelter 74211 if your keeping the rest stock. The hot cam kit would also be good choice.

If you live in Everett your only 20min from a great tuner Ellis. If your using TG then he's just as good and a great guy. I run the hot cam with ellis (Speed Secrets) tunning best so far 12.03 116.34mph short shifting at 6k in the 1/4. Drives great around town very consistent car and I came in 2nd place in Pro bracket at Pacfic Raceways last year.

vettestir1, are your heads stock? Do you run headers, which ones? Thats a great ET with the hot cam. Did you buy the hot cam kit or go with non self aligning rockers?

My heads are stock with some match porting by me and Manley Valves.
Stock manifolds full exhaust with cats just Borla mufflers. I have Craine gold 1.6 self aligning rockers with comp cams springs. That setup got me the ET 12.03 at 115.49mph. I put Paceseter shorty headers on and went the same ET but 116.3mph. That is with a DA around 300' very good air. This year I plan on bumping up the shift points and running 11.9 or better. I have it shifting at 6K because I wanted it to last but I could go a little more 6300 maybe. It's still pulling hard when it shifts so I know there's more there.

Hey brother, I have a 96 ce lt1 automatic and I am upgrading timing chain msd optispark and LT4 hot cam. My question is do I need a higher stall to avoid smashing on the brake pedal at a red light? Or will a tune adjusting idle correct this? I don't race, I just love a cammed sound. Forgot to mention I also have a 3.07 d36
