HELP!!!!!!! optispark problems, need help
ok, for the past month or so my har has been hard to start when the humidity is high, it runs rough for a few seconds then clears up and is just fine. once it is warm it has no problems. This has only been a problem when the humidity is high. Untill today now the car won't start at all, acts like it isn't even firing. Its a 96 LT1 auto, 103,000 miles. Anyone had this happen to you before. I'd appreciate any idea before i replace the optispark, thanks.

Going through the same thing right now with similar symptoms. Mine still runs but barely. Now the decision $$$ if I want to swap out cams too. Here is the number & email for Jeff (18carfan):

AC Delco Optisparks are $150 from Mid America ('95-'96). Although my Opti is fine (@ 100,000 mi) I ordered one up for my upcoming LT4/Hot Cam conversion. That's dirt cheap :)
