No spark, original Opti is in question. Use a noid light, or make one with an LED (light emitting diode) and a 680 ohm series resistor and connect across an unplugged injector plug. You should see light pulsing during cranking. The homemade light must be connected with the correct polarity. Another fuel test is to spray starting fluid into the MAF and see if the engine will start and run momentarily. Of course you must have spark to do this test. I don't know what your error codes mean, I own an 87.

Check coil and ignition control module (ICM), too. Either or both can fail (cascade event) resulting in a crank, no-start condition like you're describing.

Thanks for the input ; starting fluid into the throttle body did nothing {no spark} also no pulse to the injectors, how do you test the ecm and coil? If you haven't guessed by now I do not have a FSM Thanks again

Best test for the ECM and the spark coil is by replacement.

You can swap out the coil and ICM from another LT1 engine, too, if you want to rule out buying new parts you might not need. Do you have a buddy with an LT1 by any chance? Vette, Firebird, or Camaro will do.
