If you already have it and want to experiment, then why not? I don't know for sure if the stock 113 heads will have any valve spring coil bind issues - they may need to have the spring pockets machined.
If you don't already have the hot cam kit - then you need to know it is a misapplication for a stock L98. Your stock L98 is not a deep breather and makes its best power in the low to mid range rpms. The Hot Cam makes its best powert ~ 1,800 rpm higher than an L98.
If you have a mini-ram or HSR or any other intake designed to make power at 6,000+ rpms then this cam would make more sense.

Everything in the Hotcam kit including the springs will work in the L98. I have LT4 springs in my 1989 113 heads. I don't think the kit is the best choice unless you change to a LTx type intake, Miniram, etc..
