hi,
I'm about to install the wp118hd and came across this relay kit:

Is this necessary? How many of you guys are running this?

I think it is a waste of $36.
I bought a relay, relay harness and auto grade wiring for less than $10.
I used the fuel pump relay output from the pcm to energize the water pump relay. Anytime my fuel pump is running so is my waterpump.
