About the front seal.
P.S. I've ruled out the tires, rims, rotors and brakes. I put new shocks as well. Also replaced u joints.
On the driveshaft, you'll need to find a machine shop does driveshafts. They can check the balance for you.

Your problem is simple:
Bad converter
Bad pump or pump bushing
Excessive end play in the crank
The above will cause a front seal leak.
Improper installation or defective seal are remote possibilities. If so, it would have leaked from day 1.

If so, it could be your harmonic balancer or torque converter.
If it does vibrate sitting still at the same rpm as 80 mph, disconnect the torque converter from the flexplate, and carefull push it back a bit from the flexplate. Start the engine and try again. If vibe is gone, your converter is junk. If the vibe stays, you have a bad balancer.
Although unlikely, if the crankshaft has a ton of endplay, it will also cause the problems you describe.
