Default Easy question

What does rebuilding the top of an L98 consist of? The PO replaced the intake manifold, Runners, valves, Springs, Rockers, and Throttle body. What am I missing?

Usually the reference of rebuilding the top end would indicate pulling the heads, surfacing, valve job, new seals and or guides, check springs and assemble.

Was the work done by the PO or a shop....receipts?

No moving parts on intake and runners.
