My 1991, 21K mile has a rough idle, it sort of has a rolling action. I have changed plugs, air and gas filters, pcv, dist. Cap, rotor, wires, and have used Techron. As I have made each change, I saw no improvement. It starts and runs fine otherwise, no hesitation, and great pick up. While idling, I may give it a little gas to keep it from stalling; once in a while this will cause a stall, and then be hard to start. I believe this is the result of me flooding engine.
In front of your TB, there's a little hole in the middle on the bottom. VERY easy to get too.
With car running, spray some carb cleaner in the little hole, rev engine, repeat 4-5 times.
Your engine will bog down while doing this, no problem
You're cleaning your IAC.
If this impproves your idle, replace your IAC, or keep it clean.
